Health Guarantee

Your puppy is guaranteed against hereditary defects until it reaches 12 months of age. If a hereditary defect leads to severe impairment or requires neutralization, your puppy will be replaced with one of equal value as soon as availability permits and as long as we are in business. The replacement puppy will only be provided after medical verification of the hereditary defect or an autopsy report from a veterinarian. Additionally, you may request confirmation from your own veterinarian. Please note that shipping, handling, and veterinary expenses are the responsibility of the recipient or new owner. We also offer a 10-day money-back guarantee if you decide not to keep the puppy after it arrives at your home. This decision must be approved by your vet for any health-related concerns.

Clarification of Hereditary Defects

Hereditary defects are those transmitted from the parents to the offspring through genes and chromosomes. This biological inheritance causes an organism to resemble its progenitors due to such genetic transmission.

Patellar Luxation may occur due to mishandling, injury, or excessive weight gain and is not covered under this health guarantee.

Vaccination Responsibility

We certify that the puppy has received its first set of vaccinations. The responsibility for the remaining two sets of vaccinations and annual boosters falls to the new owner. Please note, this health guarantee only covers genetic hereditary defects. We are not responsible for airborne or communicable diseases (such as parvo, coccidian, giardia, distemper, rabies, or other infectious diseases) that the puppy may contract after leaving our premises. We take every precaution to prevent illness, but a puppy’s immune system is still developing at the time of transfer. We recommend you be very cautious of where you take your puppy until it is fully immunized.

Additional Terms

• Veterinary Fees: We are not responsible for any veterinary fees incurred by the new owner for the puppy or its offspring.
• Puppy’s Illness: We do not accept responsibility for a puppy’s illness once it has left our premises, nor do we take responsibility for any adverse events while under anesthesia.

Owner's Responsibility

It is the new owner's responsibility to maintain the puppy’s health. This includes proper care, nutrition, and socialization. Training and housebreaking are also the responsibility of the new owner, and we advise that they take the necessary steps to educate themselves on puppy care.
